Create your Taskploy workspace
Each Taskploy account is a single company workspace. This guide walks through the first setup steps after signup so your team can start using Taskploy quickly.
Before you begin
- You need a work email address and permission to manage billing for your organization.
- Standard, Professional and Ultimate include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required at signup.
- Decide which modules you want to enable first (for example finance, CRM, or HR).
Step 1 — Complete signup
- Go to the signup page and choose a plan.
- Enter your personal details, company name and country.
- Add a payment card to start the trial.
- Confirm your workspace URL and finish account creation.
Step 2 — Confirm company settings
In your workspace settings, review:
- Legal company name and display name
- Default currency and time zone
- Country pack (important for tax, payroll and statutory features)
- Logo and basic branding where supported
Step 3 — Invite your team
Add teammates from Settings → Users (or your workspace’s user management area). Assign roles that match what each person should access. Seat limits depend on your plan (3, 10 or 25 users on self-serve plans).
Step 4 — Enable modules
Turn on the modules your team needs now. You can add more later as your processes grow. Common starting points:
- Operations — tasks, projects, bookings
- Finance — invoices, expenses, accounting
- CRM — customers, leads, pipelines (Professional+)
- People — payroll, leave, attendance (Professional+)
Step 5 — Create your first records
Validate setup with real data:
- Add a customer or lead
- Create a task or project
- Issue a test invoice or expense request
- Configure an approval workflow if your plan includes it
Important to know
- Taskploy supports one company per workspace. Multi-company support is not available yet.
- Payroll and statutory features depend on your country pack (Nigeria, Canada, US or generic).
- If you need help choosing a plan, see Pricing or contact sales.
