Some communication and payment services depend on third-party providers and are billed based on usage. These charges are separate from the core subscription unless explicitly included in your plan.
Ultimate monthly allowances: 2,500 campaign emails and 100 SMS segments. Professional workflow SMS and all usage above these allowances bill at the rates below. Enterprise allowances may differ by Order Form.
Pass-through at your processor’s published rate — typically 1.4%–4.5% per successful transaction (varies by provider, payment method, currency and country). Taskploy does not add a platform fee unless disclosed when you connect a provider.
$1.00 per 1,000 campaign emails above the Ultimate allowance. Record email on Professional is included with your plan; bulk campaign sends require Ultimate.
$0.02 per outbound SMS segment (US & Canada). International destinations from $0.05 per segment. Inbound SMS, where supported: $0.01 per segment. Available on Ultimate campaigns and Professional+ automations.
Per delivered template message, based on Telnyx platform pricing ($0.004/msg) and Meta category rates plus ~43% platform margin. US: marketing $0.042, utility $0.013, authentication $0.01. Nigeria: marketing $0.08, utility/auth $0.015. Free-form service replies in the 24-hour customer window are not billed today; Meta policy changes may apply from October 2026.
US & Canada: $0.02/min outbound, $0.012/min inbound. Nigeria: $0.33/min to local numbers, $0.34/min to mobile. Other international: from $0.02/min (varies by destination). Rates reflect Twilio list pricing plus platform margin. Call center is available on Ultimate.
$1.50 one-time setup + $2.50/month per local number (US & Canada). Nigeria local numbers: $25/month, where available. Toll-free and other international numbers priced at enablement.

Voice rates are derived from published Twilio list pricing plus a platform margin (~43%). WhatsApp rates combine Telnyx platform fees and Meta template pricing with the same margin. Rates are shown in USD and may change if provider costs change. Final rates for your destination, message category and number type are shown in your account before you incur charges. Yes. You can change plans in Settings → Plan. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Yes. Taskploy offers a 14-day free trial on Standard, Professional and Ultimate. A valid payment card is required at signup. Enterprise plans are sales-led and are not included in the self-serve trial.
You are not charged for the subscription during the 14-day trial if you cancel before it ends. If you do not cancel, your selected plan converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial and your payment card is charged at the disclosed rate. Usage-based charges (SMS, email campaigns, voice, and similar) are billed separately if incurred during the trial, as disclosed in your account.
Ultimate includes 2,500 campaign emails and 100 SMS segments per month. Additional SMS, email campaign overages, voice minutes and phone numbers are billed separately at the usage rates on this page. Professional workflow SMS is billed from the first message.
No. Payment processor fees are charged at the provider’s published rate (typically 1.4%–4.5% per transaction depending on provider, payment method and country). Taskploy passes these through and does not add a markup unless disclosed when you connect a provider.
Yes. Annual billing is 11 × the monthly price (one month free). Monthly plans renew on the signup anniversary day. Any applicable discount, renewal terms and cancellation conditions will be shown before you subscribe.
Payroll is included on Professional, Ultimate and Enterprise. A country pack is required. Nigeria and Canada are supported; other countries may use a manual or generic setup.
Standard, Professional and Ultimate plans include 3, 10 and 25 users. If you reach the seat limit, new users cannot be added until you upgrade or deactivate an existing user. Existing extra users are not deactivated automatically.
